Summer Trips

This summer has been great so far. We have been to Arizona and recently went to St. Louis...Gramma stayed with Kalan for this trip and mom and dad got away. Gramma and K really had a great time together. We came back and it is as though he has grown up overnight. We are returning to Arizona for a "Lake Powell" trip. We are all really excited for this trip. Nana and Papa will get their turn with the "mad man" in Lake Powell. Pictures and video will be coming soon...

Kalan and Gramma had an awesome time together...and mom and dad had a nice few days away!

Kalan

As you can see Kalan was given an old hat and LOVES it. Also, for fathers day I received the finishing touches for my firepit. We made smores and had a lot of fun.

Breakfast Reading

For the last two years Lisa and Kalan have gone to a charity breakfast (table bought by our pediatrician office) where a local OSU Coach/Alum reads and they have breakfast. This year Kalan spent time with our babysitters oldest daughter, one of the doctors granddaughters and a co-workers "niece". They all had a great time.

Summer Trip: Part One

Gramma, Grampa, and Great Aunt Winnie all got some good Kalan time (this was the first time Great Aunt Winnie had met Kalan). We all met in Arizona for Winnie's graduation and had a wonderful trip. Just as Papa does, Grampa seemed to win out for attention....sorry Nana and Gramma.

Kalan is slowly getting more comfortable in the water. Once he saw another little boy in the water with "gear" he had to join.

Winnie's Graduation

Winnie recently graduated from medical school and is on her way to St. Petersburg, Fl. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating and we are all very proud of her.
